{"id":5238,"date":"2025-08-20T14:09:53","date_gmt":"2025-08-20T14:09:53","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/thriveleisure.co.uk\/?page_id=5238"},"modified":"2026-08-24T12:20:37","modified_gmt":"2026-08-24T12:20:37","slug":"national-fitness-day-2026-terms-and-conditions","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/thriveleisure.co.uk\/index.php\/memberships\/leisure-centre-terms-and-conditions\/national-fitness-day-2026-terms-and-conditions\/","title":{"rendered":"National Fitness Day 2026 Terms and Conditions"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>thrive active \/ Move Plus membership \u2013 free 7 day pass<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Available at all sites.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Available from Tuesday 1<sup>st<\/sup> to Wednesday 30<sup>th<\/sup> September 2026.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Participants must be 11 and over.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>No cash equivalent available.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Only valid during September 2026 and is none transferable.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Anyone is entitled to a pass in September \u2013 including those who have had a pass in the past year but this must be arranged at site by a member of staff.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Only 1 pass per person in September.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Passes activated from point of purchase.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Standard\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/thriveleisure.co.uk\/index.php\/memberships\/leisure-centre-terms-and-conditions\/membership-terms-and-conditions\/\">membership terms and conditions\u00a0<\/a>apply and also see\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/thriveleisure.co.uk\/index.php\/memberships\/leisure-centre-terms-and-conditions\/leisure-hub-terms-and-conditions\/\">Leisure Hub terms and conditions<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Invite a friend prize draw <\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Promotion runs throughout September 2026<\/li>\n<li>Existing members (&#8220;Referrers&#8221;) will receive one entry into the Referrer Prize Draw for each successful referral.<\/li>\n<li>New members (&#8220;Referred Members&#8221;) will receive one entry into the New Member Prize Draw when they:\n<ul>\n<li>Purchase an eligible membership during the promotion period; and<\/li>\n<li>Provide the details of the existing member who referred them when joining.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>Referrers must be active members at the time the referral is made.<\/li>\n<li>A referred member must be a genuine new member and not already hold an active membership<\/li>\n<li>Two separate prize draws will take place: one for Referrers and one for Referred Members. Each will be to win a one year free thrive active or Move Plus membership.<\/li>\n<li>Winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries after the promotion closes.<\/li>\n<li>Prizes are non-transferable and no cash alternative is available.<\/li>\n<li>Incomplete, inaccurate or fraudulent entries will be disqualified.<\/li>\n<li>We reserve the right to amend, suspend or withdraw the promotion at any time.<\/li>\n<li>Usual \u2018invite a friend\u2019 promotion applies, including one free month per referral for the referrer.<\/li>\n<li>The following memberships are not eligible for either the referring member or the new member:<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Non-Contract Members (excluding MOVE members)<\/li>\n<li>Corporate Memberships<\/li>\n<li>Junior Memberships<\/li>\n<li>Members with membership arrears or outstanding debts<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>There is no limit to the number of successful referrals a referrer can make or entries they can earn.<\/li>\n<li>By entering, participants agree to these Terms &amp; Conditions and our Privacy Policy.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>National Fitness Day Spin the Wheel <\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The promotion is open to active members only, including those with a valid active 7-Day Pass, on National Fitness Day \u2013 Wednesday 16<sup>th<\/sup> September 2026.<\/li>\n<li>Participants must hold an active membership or active 7-Day Pass at the time of participation.<\/li>\n<li>Eligible members may take one spin only during the event.<\/li>\n<li>Prizes awarded from the Spin the Wheel are subject to availability and may not be exchanged for cash or an alternative prize.<\/li>\n<li>Members found to have taken more than one spin may be disqualified.<\/li>\n<li>Entry into any Grand Prize Draw(s) associated with the event will be awarded as specified on the Spin the Wheel.<\/li>\n<li>Grand Prize Draw winners will be selected at random after National Fitness Day and contacted using the details held on their membership account.<\/li>\n<li>If a winner cannot be contacted within 14 days, we reserve the right to select an alternative winner.<\/li>\n<li>We reserve the right to verify eligibility and to amend, suspend or withdraw the promotion where necessary.<\/li>\n<li>By participating, members agree to these Terms &amp; Conditions and our Privacy Policy.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Chester-le-Street Yoga &amp; Pilates Experience <\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The Yoga &amp; Pilates Experience tasters sessions are open to <strong>active thrive Leisure and Move Plus members and active 7-Day Pass holders<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>Active thrive Leisure and Move Plus members must book a place and <strong>bring a guest<\/strong> to attend.<\/li>\n<li>Active 7-Day Pass holders may attend the session <strong>without bringing a guest<\/strong> if they wish.<\/li>\n<li>Guests do not need to hold a thrive Leisure or Move Plus membership or 7-Day Pass.<\/li>\n<li>Each eligible member may bring one guest unless otherwise agreed by the organiser (Chester le Street Gym Coordinator).<\/li>\n<li>Places are limited and will be allocated on a first come, first served basis.<\/li>\n<li>All participants must complete any required registration details before taking part.<\/li>\n<li>We reserve the right to refuse entry or cancel bookings where eligibility criteria are not met.<\/li>\n<li>We reserve the right to amend, postpone or cancel the event if necessary.<\/li>\n<li>By participating, attendees agree to these Terms &amp; Conditions and our Privacy Policy.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><em>Please note: Guests attending this event are not required to purchase a membership.
