Play Zone

Crammed with slides, challenges and lots of fun our Play Zone is an exciting soft play area for young children of a variety of ages.

Older children can experience exhilarating slides and problem-solve their way through obstacles across three levels of fun, whilst toddlers have from their own dedicated space filled with captivating activities, soft blocks and slides.

There’s plenty of seating next to the Play Zone area too, perfect for relaxing and watching your little ones have a brilliant play experience.

Weekdays you can bring little ones to the Play Zone during the day and enjoy fun play sessions. After school, in the evenings and at weekends and during the school holidays, all the zones open for hours of serious fun.

Age and height restrictions

  • The toddler area is for children under 3 years only.
  • The junior area is for children over 3 years and up to 148cm tall.
  • Children under 8 years must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.

Jump Zone

Reach for the sky and get the ultimate energy release with the Jump Zone! Featuring 12 flat trampolines, three angled wall trampolines, and even parkour blocks, the sky’s the limit for how much you jump, how high you jump, and what tricks you can pull off!

Open in the evenings and weekends, its just one price for everything in Abbey Adventure, so kids can jump, climb and explore throughout the three zones.

  • The jump zone is for children over 120cm tall.
  • The maximum user weight is 130kg.

TAG Zone

The TAG Zone is the ultimate challenge, and is more suitable for older players. You’ll receive a smart wristband containing a sensor, which you must hit against various illuminated TAGs across the different TAG Zone activities to gain points.

How high can you get on the infamous quarter pipe? Can you defeat the traverse wall, negotiate the giant balls or conquer Mr T?

Open in the evenings and weekends, its just one price for everything in Abbey Adventure, so kids can jump, climb and explore throughout the three zones.

  • The Tag zone is for children a minimum 120cm tall.
  • The Tag zone is suitable for children up to 16 years old.

Each play session is 1.5 hours and start times are:

  • Saturday – Sunday 9.30am, 11.00am, 12.30pm, 2.00pm, 3.30pm

School holidays

  • Monday – Friday 9,30am, 11.00am, 12.30pm, 2.00pm, 3.30pm

Soft play only

  • Monday – 9.30am to 5.00pm
  • Tuesday – 9.30am to 5.00pm
  • Wednesday – 9.30am to 5.00pm
  • Thursday – 9.30am to 4.30pm
  • Friday – 9.30am to 4.30pm

Abbey Adventure (includes soft play, bounce and Tag Active)

Abbey Adventure session information

Important information for your visit to Abbey Adventure

  • Sessions are 1.5 hours.
  • Please wear suitable clothing for your activity. We recommend that children wear long sleeves and trousers. Football shirts and clothes made from man-made fibres are not recommended.
  • Abbey Adventure play socks need to be worn at all times when using the equipment.
  • A free Abbey Adventure membership is required to book online. Parents or guardians (over 18 years) must read, understand and accept the associated Leisure centre terms and conditions with the membership prior to access of the Abbey Adventure. The membership will not be valid until attendance at the first booking, where a member of staff will activate the membership and check the parent or guardian details.
  • Children under eight years must be supervised by a parent or guardian.
  • Children aged eight years and over will only be admitted to the facility when a parent or guardian aged over 18 years old has signed these terms and conditions and the Tag Arena and Jump Zone Waiver.
  • Wristbands will be issued at reception for the Tag Arena and must be worn at all times. Although wristbands can be re-used on return visits, the applicable fees will still apply.

Abbey Adventure parties are £16 per child and soft play only parties from £10 per child. Minimum 10 children and maximum 36.
