Test your speed, strength, agility and bravery in our multi-level TAG Active Arena. In this real life gaming arena, take part in challenges and collect points by tapping sensors; but be warned the higher points are harder to reach! Can you top our points leader board?

The TAG Active Arena is the largest interactive gamified obstacle course in the North East and is designed for ages 8 and over.

For those who like a challenge, book a party in our new TAG Active Arena. This gamification challenge will test the whole group with 45 minutes in the TAG Active Arena and 45 minutes in a party room. Price includes TAG wristbands which party goers get to keep for their next visit. Bookings are being taken now and food is provided by the on-site thrive kitchen. Minimum 10 party goers.

A real-life gaming experience

In the TAG Active Arena you have one goal – to score as many points as possible! But it’s not easy and sensors have been placed high and low throughout the physically challenging activities. You will need to jump, climb, swing and leap to reach for points.

There are 20 demanding zones in the arena which will test your speed, agility and bravery. Each has a different activity which will challenge your ingenuity and your strength. Battle against your friends and family and see if you can come out top on the leader board.

The TAG Active Arena is designed for ages 8 and over and participants must be 120cm tall.

Sessions are one hour long and include a 15-minute safety briefing.

    Session information

    Important information before you book:

    • only book for the number of adults/ children who will be taking part in the session
    • please arrive 15 minutes before your session
    • players must be a minimum of 120cm tall and aged eight or over to play
    • players will only be allowed into the arena following a safety briefing
    • only registered players with a registered wristband will be allowed into the arena
    • at the end of the 1 hour session all players must leave the arena
    • no pregnant players
    • participants must not be under the influence of alcohol or and illegal substances
    • participants must only exercise within their own ability
    • trainers must be work at all times; open toe shoes/ crocs are not permitted
    • no belt buckles are to be worn
    • no loose items (including keys) can be left in pockets
    • remove all jewellery
    • long hair must be tied back
