Walking Football

A popular and growing format of the game, Walking Football is aimed at encouraging adults to play football again on a regular basis.

Walking Football carries all the same rules as everyday football except you cannot pick up too much speed. It provides a sociable, fun and safe environment for those looking to be a little more active in their spare time. Everybody is welcome, whether you’ve played Walking Football before or not.

Walking Netball

Walking Netball is a slowed down version of the game of netball, designed for anyone looking to exercise in a relaxed, supportive and friendly environment.  In each session you’ll get the chance to practice skills as well as getting an opportunity to play in a game. A game of Walking Netball is for all ages and abilities and every session contains a gentle warm up and cool down.

Pay and Play Badminton

Pay and Play Badminton is a low cost way to play badminton for relaxed, social gameplay for adult players of all abilities.

No partner, no problem, an instructor is on hand to partner up with you.

Move activities membership

If you’d like to take part in a Move activity, like a Move fitness class or a Move running, walking or cycling session then apply today for a membership. It’s free and you can do it online. Once you have your membership number you can book activities online. You can collect your card from a leisure centre, a sign up session or an activity leader.
