Class information
All the classes are at a beginners level and you can take as many rests as you need. Some classes are seated but every session can be adapted to your needs. Just speak to our friendly class instructor when you arrive.
Lots of different sessions are on offer including seated exercise classes, yoga and exercise to music.
Once you have booked you will receive an email confirmation and details of any equipment you need to bring, like a yoga mat. Just turn up five minutes before the class starts and dress comfortably. You may also want to bring along any personal items that you need, including a drink.
