- Swimming: Swimming is a great way to improve muscle strength, cardio fitness and endurance creating an all-over body workout. Water buoyancy also reduces stress on your joints, bones and muscles. As its such a great way to exercise we include swimming in our memberships and plan with you how best to incorporate it into your fitness programme.
- Exercise classes: From Yoga and Pilates to a high energy Zumba or spinning session, exercise classes are a great way to exercise with a community of like minded people. Classes can add another element to your programme and we include them in our memberships to offer you a chance to try something new each week.
- Tanita body scales: All our sites have Tanita body scales which can help you track 10 different measurements to support your fitness journey. This includes body mass index, body fat per part of the body and muscle mass. We’ll start you off with an initial assessment and then you’ll be able to regularly measure your progress.
- Technogym app: To offer you that 24 hour experience, we also give our members access to the Techno app. With challenges, live, hybrid and on-demand workouts and classes to try, the app also links to a fitness tracker and the Tanita scales so you can keep on target and monitor your progress.
