Couch to 5K
Couch to 5K is for everyone, whether you have never run before, or you want to back into being more active. In just 10 weeks it is an easy way to get fitter, happier and healthier. The sessions start with a mix of running and walking, which gradually builds up your fitness and stamina. You’ll also do activities that make running fun and help you get to know others in your group. Each session is about 45 minutes and includes warm up, and cool down activities.
Couch to 5K is open to anyone aged over 12 years, 12 to 16 year olds must be accompanied by an adult.
