What is Course Hub?
Course Hub is a lesson management system that will help you manage swimming lessons.
How will the new Course Hub benefit me?
Course Hub will provide an enhanced user experience, via Leisure Hub, allowing you to:
• View the outcomes for each swimming lesson stage
• Track learners progress
• Get notifications of awards achieved
• Move to the next class/stage when ready
Why do I need to be linked to the learner on Course Hub?
To track a learner’s progress, the primary payer (usually a parent or carer) must be linked to the learner’s account. Without this link, you won’t be able to view or monitor their swimming lesson progress or achievements.
How do I link to the learner?
To help us link primary payers and learners please complete this Course Hub Members Form with the details of the primary payer and the respective learner(s). If you have more than one learner with us, please complete one form per learner. If the primary payer already has a Leisure Hub account, we will link them to the respective learner(s) using the details provided in the form. If the primary payer does not have a Leisure Hub account, we will set them up with an account and link them to the respective learner(s) using the details provided in the form.
Will the Direct Debit change if I link to the learner?
When we link the learner to the primary payer, the direct debit will move from the learners account to the primary payer’s account, this will change your reference number. If you have more than one learner linked to your primary payer account, or you also have a paid for membership, your Direct Debit amount will change, as we will collect one payment for all memberships, rather than separately. You may be contacted by your bank to inform you about these changes to your Direct Debit, please rest assured that your total amount payable and collection date will remain the same, and only be taken once. Your new Direct Debit reference number will contain the primary payers person number.
How do I access Course Hub?
If you already have a Leisure Hub account, please login using the email and password you have used previously.
If you DO NOT have a leisure Hub account, please follow the instructions below:
Step 1. To access Course Hub please click on the link below.
Step 2. Please select Log in if you have an existing leisure hub account and know your login details.
Please do not click on the Course Hub button at this point. This area will not work unless you are logged in.
Step 3. If you DO NOT have a Leisure Hub account and your child/ren are already booked on to swimming lessons, please select existing member.
You will be asked to create an account. Please use the email address we contact you on to set up your account.

Step 4. Open your email and click on the confirmation link that has been sent to you.
Step 5. Confirm the link
Step 6. Login to your Leisure Hub account.
Step 7. Select Course Hub tab on the left-hand side of the screen.
Step 8. You are now within Course Hub
Unable to create a Leisure Hub account?
You might be using a different email than the one we have on file. Please contact your leisure centre to confirm your email address.
Has my child still been assessed?
Teachers continually assess learners. From time to time to time the progress may take a little time to update.
Class movements?
If a stage is complete you will be able to see the next class availability in Course Hub. You can also request a sideways movement to a different day or time if needed.
