The Louisa Centre has a range of exercise classes to suit your needs, whether you’re new to exercising, it’s been a while, or you attend regularly.
Exercise classes are a fun way to get active, with the benefits of an instructor to guide you through the routine with helpful hints and tips along the way. We offer a range of classes suitable for all levels of fitness and abilities.
The three studios at the Louisa Centre have recently been refurbished and now include a Technogym spinning studio, mind and body studio and a multi-purpose studio. These are used for instructor-led classes and as virtual studios. There’s something for everyone on offer each week.
The virtual studios feature over 100 exercise classes each week. They are bookable through the timetable, and have everything from spinning to Pilates and yoga on offer. Instead of a coach in the room, the class is hosted by a virtual coach projected on-screen. The format’s just the same though, as the virtual coach will lead you through all the moves and motivate you to keep going throughout the whole workout.
