The main and small pools will be closed on Saturday 30 November and Sunday 1 December due to our annual Christmas Cracker Gala.

The Louisa Centre, Stanley has a state of the art gym, two swimming pools and a 300 capacity spectator gallery ideal for competition galas. Three studios offer virtual and instructor led classes including a Technogym spinning studio. A Move Hub with the latest power assisted equipment suitable for those who need support to be more active is also available.

The Play Zone soft play area has an integrated café, Climb clip n’ climb challenge and the largest TAG Active Arena in the North East. Parties are also available for up to 30 children in the different activities.

The site also has a nursery, library, sports hall, shooting range and meeting rooms, and you can round off a visit with a coffee, cake or meal in the centre’s thrive kitchen.
