Customers are required to read the terms and conditions and sign to agree to the terms before using the facilities.

1. Recognised swimwear must be worn in the sauna/steam room. Shoes are not permitted. Ensure swimwear does not come into contact with the sauna stove area.
2. All individuals must shower before and after using the steam room.
3. No personal belongings of any kind are allowed in the steam room.
4. Lewd or suggestive behaviour will not be tolerated.
5. Please alert facility staff if the steam room is not functioning properly.
6. It is advisable to remove any contact lenses as they can become uncomfortable.
7. Drink plenty of fluids before, during and after using the steam room. Drinks can be obtained from changing rooms.
8. Remove all jewellery prior to using the steam room.
9. Do not smoke, use alcohol or exercise in the sauna/steam room
10. No food or drinks within the steam room.
11. Users who feel faint, dizzy or ill in any way should leave sauna/steam room immediately and consult a member of staff or seek medical advice. Panic alarms are fitted to the inside of the cabin in case of an emergency.
12. The hot/cold cycle can be repeated as often as comfort allows. Too long an exposure can result in nausea, dizziness or fainting.
13. Do not exceed 10 minutes within steam room as excessive exposure can be harmful to health.
14. When you are ready to finish your session you may wish to cool down and take a final shower. Users should sit or ideally lie down on the seating provided and relax for 15 to 20 mins or until body temperature has returned to near normal.

Caution: People with medical conditions should consult a physician before using the sauna or steam room. The following people should not use the sauna: those with heart disease, diabetes, high or low blood pressure, circulatory or respiratory problems, seizures, epilepsy, contagious skin diseases, pregnant women and people who are using prescribed or illegal drugs and are under the influence of them or of alcohol.

We reserve the right to remove any users from the steam room with or without refund of payment if he/she exhibits behaviour that is believed to be unsafe or inappropriate.
