As a Leisure Assistant, you will be an advocate for physical activity, proactively encouraging and supporting customers to live a healthy, active lifestyle. You will be responsible for supporting the full remit of the centre, to meet specific facility requirements. Overall, you will provide a high-quality service to our customers that is safe, efficient, and enjoyable. No two days are the same!
As a Gym Coordinator you will act as the facilitator and advocate for fitness and wellbeing services within our gym environment making sure that the gym programme is delivered to a high quality. You will be proactive and committed to customer experience, inspiring and motivating customers of all ages and abilities to attend and achieve their individual goals.
As a Duty Officer, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operation of the centre by providing a high-quality service to customers, that is safe, efficient and enjoyed by users. You will support the Operations Manager to maximise income and to lead a team that is motivated, positive, customer focussed and that implements a “can do” culture in line with the thrive values.
As a Café Assistant, you will assist in the day-to-day delivery of the Café/Catering function, providing basic cooking and preparation of food services, the serving of foods and drinks and ensuring that the work environment complies with food hygiene regulations and relevant health and safety standards.
Community Wellbeing Assistant
As a Community Wellbeing Assistant, you will deliver a range of activities in community settings to facilitate lifestyle and behaviour change in individuals and promote community wellbeing to support physical and mental health. You will promote community leadership to ensure initiatives which are sustainable in the longer term.
