• Available from Tuesday 1^st to Wednesday 30^th September 2026.

• Participants must be 11 and over.

• No cash equivalent available.

• Only valid during September 2026 and is none transferable.

• Cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers.

• Anyone is entitled to a pass in September – including those who have had a pass in the past year but this must be arranged at site by a member of staff.

• Only 1 pass per person in September.

• Passes activated from point of purchase.

Invite a friend prize draw

• Promotion runs throughout September 2026
• Existing members (“Referrers”) will receive one entry into the Referrer Prize Draw for each successful referral.
• New members (“Referred Members”) will receive one entry into the New Member Prize Draw when they:
  • Purchase an eligible membership during the promotion period; and
  • Provide the details of the existing member who referred them when joining.
• Referrers must be active members at the time the referral is made.
• A referred member must be a genuine new member and not already hold an active membership
• Two separate prize draws will take place: one for Referrers and one for Referred Members. Each will be to win a one year free thrive active or Move Plus membership.
• Winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries after the promotion closes.
• Prizes are non-transferable and no cash alternative is available.
• Incomplete, inaccurate or fraudulent entries will be disqualified.
• We reserve the right to amend, suspend or withdraw the promotion at any time.
• Usual ‘invite a friend’ promotion applies, including one free month per referral for the referrer.
• The following memberships are not eligible for either the referring member or the new member:

• Non-Contract Members (excluding MOVE members)
• Corporate Memberships
• Junior Memberships
• Members with membership arrears or outstanding debts

• There is no limit to the number of successful referrals a referrer can make or entries they can earn.

National Fitness Day Spin the Wheel

• The promotion is open to active members only, including those with a valid active 7-Day Pass, on National Fitness Day – Wednesday 16^th September 2026.
• Participants must hold an active membership or active 7-Day Pass at the time of participation.
• Eligible members may take one spin only during the event.
• Prizes awarded from the Spin the Wheel are subject to availability and may not be exchanged for cash or an alternative prize.
• Members found to have taken more than one spin may be disqualified.
• Entry into any Grand Prize Draw(s) associated with the event will be awarded as specified on the Spin the Wheel.
• Grand Prize Draw winners will be selected at random after National Fitness Day and contacted using the details held on their membership account.
• If a winner cannot be contacted within 14 days, we reserve the right to select an alternative winner.
• We reserve the right to verify eligibility and to amend, suspend or withdraw the promotion where necessary.

Chester-le-Street Yoga & Pilates Experience

• The Yoga & Pilates Experience tasters sessions are open to active thrive Leisure and Move Plus members and active 7-Day Pass holders.
• Active thrive Leisure and Move Plus members must book a place and bring a guest to attend.
• Active 7-Day Pass holders may attend the session without bringing a guest if they wish.
• Guests do not need to hold a thrive Leisure or Move Plus membership or 7-Day Pass.
• Each eligible member may bring one guest unless otherwise agreed by the organiser (Chester le Street Gym Coordinator).
• Places are limited and will be allocated on a first come, first served basis.
• All participants must complete any required registration details before taking part.
• We reserve the right to refuse entry or cancel bookings where eligibility criteria are not met.
• We reserve the right to amend, postpone or cancel the event if necessary.

Please note: Guests attending this event are not required to purchase a membership. However, guests with an active thrive Leisure or Move Plus membership are not eligible to participate as the accompanying friend.
